What We are About

Delta Sigma Pi fosters the development of professional, leadership, and business skills among it's brothers and alumni. Delta Sigma Pi hosts a Grand Chapter Congress which is a series of conferences, workshops, and leadership development exercises with the aim of improving and developing skills of it's brothers. In addition, regional conferences take place every fall which focus on unity and leadership development. LEAD is another leadership development program which is a 6-day academy of 50-70 collegiate chapters. In addition to all the national leadership development, each chapter has many opportunities for one to take on a leadership role. Eta Mu has 20+ positions that help develop professional and leadership skills.
